Hi I'm Rebecca, creator of Peace Practices



My greatest joy is my family—but my second greatest joy is sharing movement, meditation & mindfulness practices to help women care for themselves first so they can care for those they love during challenging times.

I know what it’s like to feel worried, to feel emotionally overwhelmed, to feel exhausted, to feel like you have no time, no money, no hope that things will get better.

I created Peace Practices to share all the secrets that 100's of hours of advanced yoga teacher, meditation, mindfulness trainings have taught me.

You don't need hours upon hours. I know what it's like to feel like you have no time. Each module has 1 or 2 video lessons which are under 15 minutes. Some modules include short meditations and others include 30-40 minute optional yoga classes. Just do what works best for you.
"The number one thing you'll need is High Speed Internet. A pen for journaling, optional notebook or printer for journaling. Comfortable clothing for yoga practices, a sturdy chair with no arms is best for chair yoga. A yoga mat & maybe yoga blocks, strap, blanket & pillows is nice for the slow flow yoga practices. (toliet paper rolls, a tie, scarf or belt also work)
Yes. The options is always given to do meditaitons & gentle yoga practices in a chair.
The course consists of 6 modules, on average people do 1 module a week for a total of 6 weeks. However the course is self paced so you can go at the pace that works best for you. Some modules may take you more time then others, depending on your strengths and weaknesses.
