" Results? I am more mindful of my breathing. I catch myself more quickly now...to stop and breathe if I start to feel anxious or to breathe if I catch myself holding my breath (which is quite a bit, but doing better now). A wonderful practice!!! This course added some wonderful, much needed practices like the yoga and breathing etc!!! I am going to continue to focus on the word PEACE and feel better equipped, with all I've learned these past weeks, along with what I am already doing, to hopefully maintain more of it in the days ahead! I would highly recommend the course and say it was absolutely worth the money I invested in it!!! "
