Balance mind, body & spirit through gentle postures, controlled breathing & meditation.  This slower paced inspirational class allows time to explore the flow of postures while cultivating strength, flexibility, range of motion, balance & calm.  Great for all levels.  

Ideal for Care Homes, Coffee Breaks, Lunch & Learns, Conferences & Team Building Activities.  Request your desired class length.  

FIT FLOW

 An active class designed to increase flexibility, strength, endurance & balance. Combining postures, breathe & meditation in this inspirational class.  Designed for both beginners  as well as seasoned yogis.

INTERMEDIATE FLOW

Building on the foundation of proper alignment, poses are linked with breath while building strength, stamina & flexibility.  Classes generally have a quicker flow & rhythm.  They are more vigorous & challenging, introducing more advanced poses.  

CHAIR YOGA

A gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support.  It allows all to receive the benefits of yoga postures, breathing & mediation.  No equipment required just yourself & your chair.  Sit Back & Relax (Literally).  Great for all levels.  

Ideal for care homes, coffee breaks, virtual conferences, lunch & learns & team building activities.  Request your desired class length.

RESTORATIVE

A gentle, still, restful practice to facilitate rest, restoration, healing & stress relief.   It provides an opportunity to quiet the mind and deeper connection to oneself.  It relies heavily on props to fully support you in a posture for long periods of time.  

PRIVATE CLASSES

AM I HUNGRY? MINDFUL EATING & YOGA

Are you tired of overeating, dieting … or both? Ready to break your eat-repent-repeat cycle?   Mindful eating is a gentle, mindful way to think about food - without restriction, deprivation or guilt. Learn how you can develop the effective thoughts and positive feelings necessary to make decisions about eating, physical activity, and self-care that support your optimal health. Unlike most programs that temporarily change what you do, Am I Hungry? focuses on why you do it. This inside-out approach changes thoughts and feelings first, so changes in behaviors will last!  Learn to listen to your body on and off the yoga mat in.
