I knew I needed to do something for myself. As my very first practice came to an end, I noticed just how tranquil I felt. It didn’t take very long to notice the physical benefits. My flexibility, balance and muscle tone improved; I became more conscious of my breathing and my posture; but the most important change for me, was emotional. Throughout our Yoga practice Rebecca shares words of encouragement, motivation, and wisdom. As our practice comes to an end & we assume our final position, Rebecca shares one final inspirational reading. I often find these readings myself repeating these thoughts during the week. This slow-flowing yoga class is designed to help you pause, release what you’re carrying, and reconnect with yourself.
Through breath-led movement, calming transitions, and moments of quiet reflection, you’ll learn to listen to your body, ease tension, and cultivate peace—from the inside out. Along the way, you’ll also build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance balance—supporting your body as much as your mind and spirit.
Each session creates a nurturing sanctuary where you can slow down, listen to your body, calm your mind, and lift your spirit. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, looking to move more, or simply craving space to rest and reset, this practice meets you where you are—with compassion and care.

This gentle movement and meditation class is practiced sitting on a chair and occasionally standing with the chair for support. It’s a calm, accessible way to cultivate self-care, improve range of motion, build flexibility and strength, and calm the mind.
Through mindful movement, gentle stretching, and moments of quiet reflection, you’ll experience the many benefits of yoga—without having to get down on the floor.
Each session is designed to leave you feeling renewed, relaxed, and rejuvenated—supporting your body as much as your mind and spirit.
Whether you’re working with mobility challenges, wanting to stay active in a safe and supported way, or simply seeking a calmer approach to movement, this practice meets you where you are—with compassion and care.
💛 Beginner-friendly and especially supportive for older adults, those recovering from injury, or anyone who prefers a seated practice.

Once a month, take 90 minutes just for you. The First Friday Reset is a monthly afternoon retreat designed to help you release stress, restore balance, and begin the month with peace.
Each session blends gentle movement or restorative postures with deeply restful Yoga Nidra — a guided meditation that brings complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more present — ready to step into your weekend with a renewed sense of peace.
Beginner-friendly and perfect for women who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stretched too thin, as well as anyone craving a monthly self-care reset.
Every month offers a different focus — sometimes a slow flow psoas stress release to melt away tension, sometimes a fully restorative practice for ultimate coziness — but always includes the gift of Yoga Nidra.

Peace Practices is a guided, self-paced online course designed to help women going through challenging times prioritize self-care and discover calm in six weeks.
Over the years, I’ve gathered countless transformative practices through my advanced yoga teacher training — gentle tools that have changed my life and the lives of my students. These practices carried me from a season of deep worry and emotional overwhelm to learning that I can feel peace and calm, even while walking through my biggest challenges.
Now, I want to share them with you. Peace Practices will guide you step by step so you can create more space to breathe, ease constant stress, and rediscover a sense of steadiness — no matter what you’re facing.
Where: Online and self-paced, so you can move through the practices in your own time, from the comfort of home.
Who: Any woman who feels overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally stretched too thin — especially if you’re navigating a difficult season — will benefit from this course.
When: Peace Practices only opens twice a year. Enrollment is limited so that I can give my full attention to the women in the program. If it isn’t currently open, you can join the waitlist to be the first to know when doors reopen.
