Practice Your Way

Start with whichever class you need most in the moment. Listen to your body and only do the postures that feel good for you. Remember, you can always pause the video and take a break to simply breathe.

What You'll Need

  • Comfortable Clothing: For ease of movement.

For Chair Yoga Classes:

  • A sturdy chair (ideally without arms)
  • Yoga mat (optional, for added grip or comfort)

For Slow Flow Classes:

  • Yoga mat
  • Optional Props (listed in each class description):
    • Blanket, Blocks (or sturdy alternatives like thick books or even toilet paper rolls), Strap (a belt, scarf, or tie works great, Bolster (or firm pillows)

Is Prior Yoga Experience Required?

No experience is necessary! Our classes are thoughtfully designed for all levels, from absolute beginners to seasoned practitioners. There are lots of alignment cues and modifications, ensuring postures are accessible to everyone. Simply listen to your own body and do what feels best for you. Remember, you can pause, rewind, or take a break at any time, making any adjustments you need.

Hi! I'm Rebecca! I’m a yoga and self-care coach helping women over 40 who carrying too much—in their body, mind, heart, and spirit—find peace through yoga and mindful self-care. My approach is calming, compassionate, and always meets you exactly where you are.
