Hi! I'm Rebecca! I’m a yoga and self-care coach helping women over 40 who carrying too much—in their body, mind, heart, and spirit—find peace through yoga and mindful self-care. My approach is calming, compassionate, and always meets you exactly where you are.
I knew I needed to do something for myself. As my very first practice came to an end, I noticed just how tranquil I felt. It didn’t take very long to notice the physical benefits. My flexibility, balance and muscle tone improved; I became more conscious of my breathing and my posture; but the most important change for me, was emotional. Throughout our Yoga practice Rebecca shares words of encouragement, motivation, and wisdom. As our practice comes to an end & we assume our final position, Rebecca shares one final inspirational reading. I often find these readings myself repeating these thoughts during the week.
