Peace Practices is a guided, self-paced online course designed to help women going through challenging times prioritize self-care and discover calm in six weeks.
Over the years, I’ve gathered countless transformative practices through my advanced yoga teacher training — gentle tools that have changed my life and the lives of my students. These practices carried me from a season of deep worry and emotional overwhelm to learning that I can feel peace and calm, even while walking through my biggest challenges.
Now, I want to share them with you. Peace Practices will guide you step by step so you can create more space to breathe, ease constant stress, and rediscover a sense of steadiness — no matter what you’re facing.
Where: Online and self-paced, so you can move through the practices in your own time, from the comfort of home.
Who: Any woman who feels overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally stretched too thin — especially if you’re navigating a difficult season — will benefit from this course.
When: Peace Practices only opens twice a year. Enrollment is limited so that I can give my full attention to the women in the program. If it isn’t currently open, you can join the waitlist to be the first to know when doors reopen.
