These 90-minute mini retreats blend gentle movement, meditation, breathwork, and deep rest (Yoga Nidra).

Rescheduling & Cancellation

  • Changes made more than 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled or refunded

  • Cancellations within 24 hours cannot be refunded unless it’s an emergency — just reach out and we’ll make a plan
