This slow-flowing yoga class is designed to help you pause, release what you’re carrying, and reconnect with yourself.
Through breath-led movement, calming transitions, and moments of quiet reflection, you’ll learn to listen to your body, ease tension, and cultivate peace—from the inside out. Along the way, you’ll also build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance balance—supporting your body as much as your mind and spirit.
Each session creates a nurturing sanctuary where you can slow down, listen to your body, calm your mind, and lift your spirit. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, looking to move more, or simply craving space to rest and reset, this practice meets you where you are—with compassion and care.

Classes are offered in person in the garage studio in Alta Vista, Saskatchewan—with peaceful summer sessions outdoors in Alta Vista Park overlooking Last Mountain Lake (weather permitting).
I also regularly teach in Strasbourg, Regina, and surrounding areas.
