This gentle movement and meditation class is practiced sitting on a chair and occasionally standing with the chair for support. It’s a calm, accessible way to cultivate self-care, improve range of motion, build flexibility and strength, and calm the mind.
Through mindful movement, gentle stretching, and moments of quiet reflection, you’ll experience the many benefits of yoga—without having to get down on the floor.
Each session is designed to leave you feeling renewed, relaxed, and rejuvenated—supporting your body as much as your mind and spirit.
Whether you’re working with mobility challenges, wanting to stay active in a safe and supported way, or simply seeking a calmer approach to movement, this practice meets you where you are—with compassion and care.
💛 Beginner-friendly and especially supportive for older adults, those recovering from injury, or anyone who prefers a seated practice.
Classes are offered in person in the garage studio in Alta Vista, Saskatchewan
(I also regularly teach in Strasbourg, Regina, and surrounding areas.)
