A peaceful way to end your day 🌙

Rebecca Whitrow | NOV 8, 2025

As the days grow shorter and the evenings darker, our bodies — and hearts — long for stillness. And as we pause to honour Remembrance Day, I’m reminded of the quiet courage it takes to slow down — to find peace, gratitude, and resilience even in uncertain times.

For those of us who are carrying too much — mentally, emotionally, or physically — sometimes the bravest thing we can do is soften. To release the weight in our shoulders, the tension in our lower back, and the swirl of thoughts that keep us awake at night.

That’s exactly what this week’s Peace Pause is about — creating a gentle moment at the end of the day to unwind, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

This Week’s Peace Pause: Evening Unwind

Try this before bed tonight:
1️⃣ Sit or lie comfortably.
2️⃣ Inhale through your nose, letting your belly rise.
3️⃣ Exhale through your mouth, releasing the weight of the day.
4️⃣ Let your shoulders drop and your jaw soften.
5️⃣ Whisper softly: It's time to rest. Time to relax. Time to release.

This short self-care stretch helps ease lower back tension and quiet a busy mind — the perfect way to release the day and prepare for a more peaceful sleep.
👉 Watch Now

If your world has felt heavy lately, remember — peace isn’t something you have to earn. It begins the moment you choose to pause.

Take care of yourself,
