It is so important to take time each day to count your blessing. It can be hard to focus on the good and staying positive when you are going through challenges. I have found a daily gratitude journal incredibly helpful. At first it was hard to think of what to write each night. But as I look closer I realize what a gift it is to wake up each morning, to be able to breathe, to move, to see, to hear, to talk. We are surrounded by countless blessing that we daily take for granted. Focusing on your blessings instead of your problems helps quiet the mind pushing fear & worry aside making room for peace.
