It's all too easy to get caught up in everyday life; juggling work, family, challenges and countless responsibilities. Amidst the chaos, it's vital to remember one thing: self-care isn't a luxury; it's a necessity.

A crucial part of self care is making time to rest and be still. In our pursuit of caring for others and fulfilling our responsibilities, we often forget to care for ourselves. We push ourselves to the limit, neglecting the fact that self-care is the foundation upon which our ability to care for others rests. It's like trying to pour from an empty cup; it's simply not sustainable.

Here are a few reasons why carving out time for rest and stillness is essential:
