Practicing Yoga at Home has many advantages.

1. You Choose When You Practice

When you practice at home, you have the flexibility to choose whatever time works best for you. If you struggle to find time during the day, I recommend getting up a little earlier in the morning as the benefits you will get from your yoga will almost certainly outweigh the little bit of sleep you sacrifice.

2. You Can Wear Whatever You Like

One of the things I love about practicing at home is that you can literally step out of bed and onto your mat. Every Sunday morning I practice yoga in my pjs.

3. There’s Nobody To Compare With

In yoga classes (and in life) it’s easy to compare yourself with others. When you practice yoga at home, you literally have nobody to impress, this creates the opportunity to tune inward, to really listen to your body & what you need that day.

Consider practicing yoga anytime with me in the Self Care Library for Members HERE. It's a monthly membership which can be cancelled any time. It has a variety of classes to choose from.
