Retreats & Wellness Events

Retreat & Conference Yoga Rates (flat event rate, unlimited attendees):

  • 15 minutes – $250
  • 30 minutes – $350 (most popular for retreats)
  • 45 minutes – $450
  • 60 minutes – $550

Interactive Self-Care & Yoga Workshop

Full-Day Conference Wellness Immersion

Create an atmosphere of calm, connection, and focus that lasts all day. This comprehensive package integrates multiple yoga, stretch, and mindfulness sessions throughout your schedule — helping attendees stay present and engaged from start to finish.

Investment: $1,800–$2,500 CAD per day


Includes unlimited customized sessions and ongoing well-being support for all attendees.
