Take time for yourself and create a peaceful pause in your day. Whether you prefer practicing in a studio, outdoors, or from your living room, these classes support your mind, body, heart and spirit.

Slow Flow Yoga

Pause. Practice. Peace.

A gentle, slow-flowing yoga class built around my signature rhythm:
Pause – Arrive in the moment and let go of stress.
Practice – Move mindfully with your breath, easing tension and reconnecting with your body.
Peace – Leave feeling calmer, clearer, and grounded.

  • Beginner-friendly and open to all levels

  • Modifications always offered; move at your own pace

  • In-person in Alta Vista (garage studio or outdoors in summer), Regina, Strasbourg, or surrounding areas

  • Virtual via Zoom

Investment:

  • Drop-In: $20/class

  • 2-Month Session Pass: $17.50/class

  • Monthly Unlimited Membership: $99/month (includes slow flow, chair yoga, and full on-demand library)

  • Private Yoga: $100/session

Chair Yoga

Breathe deeply. Move gently. Prioritize your self-care.

Gentle, mindful movement practiced sitting on a chair (and standing with support), designed to improve flexibility, strength, and calm the mind. Ideal for those with mobility challenges, recovering from injury, or anyone looking for a supported, seated practice.

  • Beginner-friendly and especially supportive for older adults

  • In-person in Alta Vista, Regina, Strasbourg, or surrounding areas

  • Virtual via Zoom

Investment:

  • Drop-In: $15/class

  • 2-Month Session: $12.50/class

  • Private Yoga: $100/session

How to Join

  1. Reserve your spot on the Schedule page (create a quick account with your email and password).

  2. Receive your confirmation and Zoom link (for online classes).

  3. Let me know if you’ll be joining via Zoom so I can be prepared.

  4. Join in person or online at your scheduled time.
