  • 15 Minutes: $250 CAD
  • 30 Minutes: $350 CAD
  • 45 Minutes: $450 CAD
  • 60 Minutes: $550 CAD

(Please note: These rates apply for a single session with unlimited attendees at your conference. They are subject to additional travel expenses, accommodation, and parking fees where applicable.)

Interactive Self-Care & Yoga Workshop

  • $1200 CAD (Typically 60-90 minutes, depending on customization)

Full-Day Conference Wellness Immersion

  • $1,800 - $2,500 CAD per day Includes: Unlimited customized yoga and mindfulness sessions (e.g., stretch breaks, energizers, meditation, full classes) strategically integrated throughout your conference day. This package offers continuous well-being support for all attendees, providing maximum flexibility and impact.
