
Hi, I’m Rebecca Whitrow, founder of You 1st Yoga. I help workplaces reduce stress, ease anxiety, and create moments of calm so teams can feel more focused, resilient, and connected.
I bring gentle yoga and mindfulness sessions directly to workplaces throughout Regina and surrounding communities — or online — making it easy to integrate wellness into the workday.
Many teams enjoy sessions during lunch hour, coffee breaks, or at the start or end of the day to help employees pause, reset, and recharge.

Sessions are gentle, beginner-friendly, and accessible for all experience levels.
Gentle stretching and movement that can be done right at a desk or in a meeting room. Perfect for mid-morning or lunchtime wellness breaks.
Gentle, flowing movement designed to release tension, improve mobility, and help employees feel refreshed and energized. Participants provide their own mats.
Guided breathing and mindfulness practices that help employees center themselves, refocus, and return to work feeling calmer and clearer.
Pre-recorded sessions employees can access anytime — perfect for hybrid or remote teams.

• Live on Zoom for remote or hybrid teams
• On-demand access for flexible individual practice
Chair Yoga (15–30 minutes)
$100 per session
$90/session when booking two weekly sessions
Slow Flow Yoga
45 minutes – $125
60 minutes – $150
On-Demand Video Library Access
Small Team (up to 25 employees): $150/month
Medium Team (26–75 employees): $250/month
Large Team (76+ employees): Custom quote
Travel may apply outside Regina.
