Rest - You don't always need to be getting something done. You're allowed to slow down; you're allowed to take breaks, your allowed to rest, if fact you must. Sit back relax, move & stretch the entire body in this gentle seated class. Poses will included side stretches, twists, goddess, low lunge & forward fold. You'll leave feeling rested and recharged.
