45 Minute Chair Yoga with a Strap, Class Replay 7/17/22. Stretch the entire body from head to toe. Several postures to loosen the neck, shoulders, back, hips & legs. A few standing postures & postures with hands on the chair. Neck rolls cat/cow, twist, 3 way hip & hamstring stretch, seated pigeon, modified down dog.
