Self Care Slow Flow 50 Minutes

This 50-minute active slow flow yoga class is suitable for all levels and focuses on stretching and strengthening the entire body. Postures include bridge, warrior 1, humble warrior, warrior 2, triangle, goddess, and deer twist. The practice aims to calm the mind, reduce stress, and leave you feeling relaxed and recharged.
