Sometimes we forget that taking time to relax isn't just nice it's required. This gentle slow flow practice will reduce stress & loosen the entire body especially sore tight shoulders & legs. The strap is used to loosen the shoulders & legs. Postures include thread the needle, gate, low lunge, modified pyramid, 3 way hip & hamstring stretch.
