Yoga & Self-Care Facilitator

I help women who are carrying too much—mentally, emotionally and physically—slow down, breathe deeply & find peace through gentle yoga & mindful self-care.

I bring calming, accessible yoga experiences to women, workplaces, care homes, community groups, conferences, and retreats across Regina, Alta Vista, and surrounding Saskatchewan—both in person and online.

Because when you take care of yourself first… peace follows.
