Sometimes you need more than a class — you need a reset.

Self-Care Mini-Retreats are 90-minute sessions designed to give you the space to pause, breathe, and refill your cup. Through a nourishing blend of gentle yoga, meditation, and deep rest, these mini-retreats help you release stress, soften anxiety, and feel more like yourself again.

At the heart of each retreat is my Pause, Practice, Peace Method:


Pause to step away from the noise and check in with yourself.
Practice gentle movement, meditation, and mindful self-care that calm your body and mind.
Peace — leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded, ready to return to your life with renewed energy.

First Friday Reset

Once a month, take 90 minutes just for you. The First Friday Reset is a monthly afternoon retreat designed to help you release stress, restore balance, and begin the month with peace.

Each session blends gentle movement or restorative postures with deeply restful Yoga Nidra — a guided meditation that brings complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more present — ready to step into your weekend with a renewed sense of peace.

Beginner-friendly and perfect for women who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stretched too thin, as well as anyone craving a monthly self-care reset.

Every month offers a different focus — sometimes a slow flow psoas stress release to melt away tension, sometimes a fully restorative practice for ultimate coziness — but always includes the gift of Yoga Nidra.

Seasonal Self-Care Mini-Retreats

In addition to the monthly Reset, I also offer Seasonal Self-Care Mini-Retreats — special gatherings throughout the year that bring an extra touch of rest and renewal during meaningful times and holidays.

In-Person & Virtual Options

Classes are offered in person in the garage studio 217 Pickeral St. Alta Vista, Saskatchewan


Prefer to join from home? You’re welcome to practice virtually via Zoom!

  • After you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link
  • Please text me at 306-535-4993 to let me know you’ll be joining online
  • Click the link in your email when it’s time to practice Tip: Use everyday items like towels, pillows, and scarves to support your home practice.
