This year, we're offering two distinct lunchtime classes each week.
This is a more active class designed to build strength, energize your body, and revitalize your spirit. We'll focus on dynamic movement, including standing postures and sun salutations. No experience is necessary – everyone is welcome.
Unwind with a very gentle, slow, and relaxing class. More time will be spent on the ground, allowing for longer holds and deep stretches. This session is designed to help you release tension and cultivate profound relaxation.
You'll leave feeling renewed, relaxed, and rejuvenated, with a deeper sense of calm.
Attend Tuesdays & Thursdays $12.50/class. Or attend once a week $15/class.
