I started You 1st Yoga to remind myself—and now other women—that caring for you first isn’t selfish… it’s how you stay grounded, steady, and able to show up for the people you love.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or carrying more than anyone realizes… I see you. I’ve been there too.

Maybe your heart feels heavy and your spirit is worn thin.
At You 1st Yoga, I help women who are carrying too much—mentally, emotionally, and physically—slow down, breathe deeply, and find peace through gentle yoga and mindful self-care.
I offer calming, beginner-friendly practices that give you space to pause, exhale, and take care of YOU—whether in person in Alta Vista or Regina, Saskatchewan, or virtually from wherever you are.

I specialize in slow flow yoga, chair yoga, and mindful self-care —
gentle, accessible practices that invite calm and nurture wellness.
Whether you’re moving through a challenging season, feeling stretched too thin, or simply longing for a quiet moment to exhale — this is your space to find peace.

In the summer, we move outdoors to Alta Vista Park overlooking Last Mountain Lake.
I also teach regularly in Regina, Saskatchewan.
