At You 1st Yoga, I offer calming, beginner-friendly practices that give you space to pause, breathe, and take care of you — in person in Alta Vista, Regina, Saskatchewan, or virtually from wherever you are.
Because when you put yourself first, peace follows.

At the heart of everything I teach is the You 1st: Pause, Practice, Peace Method — a gentle, nurturing way to care for your body, mind, heart, and spirit.
Pause to check in with yourself and quiet the noise. Even just a few mindful breaths can help you feel more grounded and present.
Practice movement, meditation, and mindful self-care. These gentle, beginner-friendly practices help you reconnect with your body, mind, heart, and spirit—and create space to breathe again.
Peace is found in the stillness you create. With time and space, you’ll feel calmer, clearer, and more connected to yourself again.
Join a class in-person or online. All sessions are beginner-friendly, supportive, and rooted in self-care.
✔️ In-person classes — in the garage studio at Alta Vista. In summer, we move outside to Alta Vista Park, overlooking beautiful Las Mountain Lake (weather permitting).
✔️ Live Zoom classes — from September to June, so you can practice from the comfort of home. All classes follow Central Standard Time (CST).
✔️ Chair yoga and slow flow — calming, accessible options for all ages and all bodies.
✔️ On-demand yoga library — practice anytime, anywhere, with videos that support your schedule and energy.
✔️ Private sessions — via Zoom or in-person across Regina and surrounding areas: care homes, local businesses, wellness events, and conferences.
