Is prior yoga experience required?
No experience is necessary. Classes are designed for all levels. Lots of alignment cues and modifications are given. Just listen to your own body and do what feels best for you. Remember you can pause and take a break at anytime or make any adjustments you need.
How often are new on demand classes added?
A minimum of 2 new classes are added each month (The library was established Spring 2022) Take a look HERE.
How do I pay?
This is a recurring monthly credit card payment
