Your On Demand Journey: Pause. Practice. Peace.

Where you are now:
Life feels overwhelming. You’re carrying a lot, and it’s hard to slow down or even notice what you need.

What to do:
Begin by simply arriving.

At the start of each class, give yourself permission to pause…
Slow down, check in with your body, your mind, and your heart.
Notice how you’re feeling—without judgment.
Then gently begin to lengthen and deepen your breath.

Come back to this again and again.

Goal:
Build awareness—because you can’t change what you’re not aware of.
Create small moments of presence so you can begin to reconnect with yourself.

Where you are now:
You’ve begun to pause and notice how you’re feeling. Now you’re ready for a little more support and consistency.

What to do:
Explore the class library and choose what feels supportive to you this week. Choose one class—slow flow yoga, chair yoga, or meditation—and gently begin to create a rhythm.

Keep it simple.
Let it be enough.

Some weeks you’ll show up fully.
Some weeks it might feel harder.
Just keep coming back.

Goal:
Move from “every once in a while” to a steady, supportive rhythm of self-care you can rely on.

Where you are now:
You’ve created a rhythm of showing up for yourself, and you’re starting to feel the benefits. Now you’re ready to go a little deeper.

What to do:
Gently expand your practice in a way that feels supportive. You might add a second class some weeks…
Try a longer or different style of class…
Or explore mini-retreats or the Peace Practices course.

Keep listening to your body, your mind, and your energy—and let that guide you.

Goal:
Deepen your connection to yourself.
Release tension, build strength, and begin to carry these tools with you into your everyday life.

Where you are now:
Your practice is no longer just something you do—it’s becoming part of who you are. You’ve built a foundation, and you’re beginning to carry it with you into your everyday life.

What to do:

Keep showing up for yourself in ways that feel supportive and natural.

Return to your breath throughout the day…
Notice how you’re feeling and respond with care…

Bring small moments of gratitude into your daily life.

If it feels aligned, continue to deepen your journey through classes, retreats, or more personalized support.

Goal:
A calm body, quiet mind, and light heart.
Self-care feels natural, not forced — so you can give your family the best of you, not what’s left of you.
