60 Minute Active Slow Flow Yoga Class

An active slow flowing practice designed to cultivate self-care & inner peace. This class explores the gentle rhythm of movement, synchronized with breathing, and embraces moments of meditation.
Focused on fostering self-care, the session provides a sanctuary where you can slow down, listen your body, calm your mind, and lift your spirit. Whether you're seeking to build strength, enhance flexibility, or find balance in your life, this class welcomes practitioners of all levels.
Join us in person at 217 Pickeral St. Alta Vista, SK (use the side door to the garage) or through Zoom (a link will be sent to your inbox), you'll be guided through a nurturing practice that leaves you feeling renewed, relaxed, and rejuvenated.
Bring your yoga mat if you have one. Blocks, blankets, straps, and bolsters are provided for your comfort. If you're practicing from the comfort of your own home, everyday items like toilet paper rolls, towels, a scarf, and pillows can serve as excellent substitutes for props.
